REFTHE path

From the top
to technical delivery.

Indications are a working map, do not replace manuals of the manufacturer, project, risk assessment or applicable standards.

01
PRE / CHECK

Preparation and compatibility

Before opening the circuit, collect plate data, refrigerant, oil, scheme, nominal charge, site conditions and equipment documentation.

Essential controls +
  • Identify refrigerant, security class and procedures.
  • Check materials, components, admissible pressures and oil compatibility.
  • Separate and identify the tools dedicated to different refrigerants when required.
  • Define power supply, protections, service spaces and ventilation.
02
PIPE / BUILD

Pipes, laying and return oil

The route of the lines must respect application, diameters, slopes, vibrations, expansions, load losses and return of the oil indicated by the project and the manufacturer.

Essential controls +
  • Use clean pipe and components, dry and suitable for refrigeration.
  • Protect the ends during processing and storage.
  • Predict supports, flexibility and decoupling from vibrations.
  • Place service points and measure where the data is really representative.
03
JOIN / CLEAN

Controlled joint and brazing

Preparation, cleaning, alloy, circuit protection and heat management must follow the component, refrigerant and approved procedure.

Essential controls +
  • Avoid internal contamination and oxidation by applying the prescribed procedure.
  • Remove or protect heat sensitive elements according to manual.
  • Do not use a generic technique on flammable refrigerants or special components.
  • Inspect the joint before the next stages of testing.
04
PRESS / LEAK

leak-tightness test and leak search

Pressurization, test fluid, limits, sequence and duration must be those provided by the project, producer and applicable rules.

Essential controls +
  • Use gas and regulation in accordance with the procedure.
  • Isolate or protect components that cannot receive test pressure.
  • Check joints, valves, service outlets and components.
  • Record pressure, ambient temperature, duration and result of verification.
05
VAC / DRY

evacuation and dehydration verified

The result should be measured on the plant, not only from the pump operating time. Connections, diameters and access points influence the quality of the process.

Essential controls +
  • Use pump, pipes and vacuum gauge suitable for system and refrigerant.
  • Reduce restrictions and measure away from the pump when expected.
  • Evaluate stability and lift according to the manufacturer's procedure.
  • Do not energize components or compressors under conditions not allowed.
06
CHARGE / TEST

Charge, start and delivery

Type and quantity of refrigerant, charging mode, start sequence and test conditions must come from the unit and compressor documentation.

Essential controls +
  • Record introduced quantities and operating conditions.
  • Check pressure and temperature at the correct points, then calculate the relevant values.
  • Verify absorption, ventilation, sfrostmento, alarms and adjustment.
  • Delivery starter board, parameters, photos and updated documents.

Manual library / Application sources

The technique must be verified.

REFTHE does not transform a general procedure into a universal rule: always connects the reader to the source and the model concerned.
