Why is REFTHE born

Technical documentation is often distributed between sites, download portals and product families. The commercial Practical guides, instead, tend to start from the product to sell. REFTHE reverses the path: starts from the problem or work, leads to the official source and only after presents the relevant equipment.

Our perimeter

The portal connects commercial and industrial refrigeration, controllers, industrial electrical, motors, Drives, tools and support software. Content starts with diagnostics and documentation: routes dedicated to drives are collected in Drives. The interface and information pages are fully available in Italian and English; French and German remain previews. Technical documents always retain their declared original language.

How we work

• Identifying sources: Manuals, catalogues and official pages are linked and contextualized.
• No experience invented: Document-based review and field test are distinct labels.
• Editorial independence: a commission does not determine position, vote or presence.
• Corrections: revisions and reports will be tracked.
• Security: Practical guides does not replace training, manuals or business procedures.
